Shipping, Returns, & Refunds Policy

At Democracy Designs, we create politically expressive, made-to-order items. Due to the custom nature of our products, we enforce the following return policy:

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

• The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
• You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• You provide photo evidence of the issue

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom designs or personalized products
• Items returned after 7 days
• Apparel showing signs of wear or washing
• “Change of mind” or ideological disagreement with designs

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. How to Initiate a Return
