Everyone is entitled to Due Process!
According to the Constitution, EVERYONE is entitled to due process.  That means that no matter how someone looks, what the color of their skin is, what language they speak, whether they are an immigrant or not - they ALL are entitled to due process.  The administration admitted to making a mistake in deporting a U.S. Citizen earlier this year and THAT is just one of the reasons they should be entitled to due process - they should be given the ability to defend themselves.  EVERYONE should be afforded that opportunity!
